Comprehensive Equity Plan
The Comprehensive Equity Plan enables school districts, charter schools and renaissance school projects to demonstrate compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and regulations, including, but not limited to, the following:

- Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964
- Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972
- Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
- Equal Pay Act
- The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990
